Color Coated Galvalume steel is produced in various types (width up to 1250 mm), (thickness 0.2 to 1.25 mm), (coating weight up to 200 gr/m2), and unlimited color variation. Several layers of paint are applied to the both sides of the sheet using special rolls, and are baked in the furnaces. These products have a uniform appearance and durability properties – consisting adhesion and resistance to corrosive environments – along the whole length of the coil, due to the controlled paint applying. Based on the special properties of the Galvalume coating and the type of paint used, the Color Coated Galvalume steel sheet has an appropriate flexibility, too.
