Color Coated Galvalume steel is produced in various types (width up to 1250 mm), (thickness 0.2 to 1.25 mm), (coating weight up to 200 gr/m2), and unlimited color variation. Several layers of paint are applied to the both sides of the sheet using special rolls, and are baked in the furnaces. These products have a uniform appearance and durability properties - consisting adhesion and resistance to corrosive environments - along the whole length of the coil, due to the controlled paint applying. Galvalume steel sheet combines the excellent barrier corrosion protection of aluminum with the galvanic protection of zinc.
